Our training programs are guided by management (with certification) and operational team trainers. At the start of your internship, we connect about your program and school assignments, so we can incorporate them in your internship planning and ensure deadlines are met.

Departments where we offer internships are:

• Kitchen (BBL, BOL level 2, 3 and 4)
  
• Front Office (BOL Travel, Leisure & Hospitality)
• Housekeeping, Maintenance and Manager on Duty (BOL Facility & Hospitality Services or Facility Management)

Please mention the department and, if known, crebo number of your course in your cover letter. Other information such as duration of the internship, number of hours and starting date are helpful for us to know as well.

You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

• Eager to learn! You really support your own success by showcasing that you are open to learn new knowledge and skills and to receive feedback.
• Flexibility in shifts. It's hospitality which means schedules consist of day, evening and weekend shifts. Of course we understand you have a private life, so we will make sure it's balanced.
  
• Proactive attitude towards school assignments and taking ownership in ensuring both school and Via deadlines are met.
• Good understanding of English language / comfortable in speaking English.
• A positive mindset - this make sure you fit right in with the Via Vibe!

• An internship compensation of € 600,00 gross (based on 38 hours per week) or an apprentice salary (BBL, only applicable for Dutch students) based on your age.
